Exterior Foundation Waterproofing
Excavation to the footing, cleaning the foundation wall and applying a waterproofing coating so water cannot reach the concrete.
Drainage Membrane & Weeping Tile
Dimple drainage membrane fastened to the wall, new weeping tile at the footing and clear gravel so water drains away from the basement.
Sump Pump Installation
Digging the pit, setting a sealed sump basin, installing the pump and running the discharge line out of the house.
Window Well Installation
New window wells tied into the drainage system and backfilled, so basement windows stop letting water in.
Foundation Wall Repair & Parging
Repairing damaged foundation surfaces and applying fresh parging to protect the wall above grade.
Backfill & Site Restoration
Compacted backfill, graded soil and a clean site once the waterproofing is finished.
