Yes. Both are outside the GTA, so we book inspections ahead and plan job dates with you.
Is there a rebate in Barrie?
Yes — Barrie’s Disconnect to Protect program pays toward disconnecting downspouts and foundation drains from the sanitary sewer, including 75% (up to $2,000) for a new sump and pump with surface discharge. It does not pay for general waterproofing.
Why do Simcoe County basements leak in spring?
Deep snow melts into the backfill beside the house while the ground is still frozen, so water runs to the wall instead of soaking away.
How much does waterproofing cost?
Interior waterproofing usually costs $50–$120 per linear foot and exterior $100–$250 per linear foot; most full projects are $3,000–$35,000. The inspection and quote are free.
